What learning materials are offered in the NACA Level 2 Academy? Is there a dress code?

Each student receives a course book which covers all of the blocks of instruction offered during the week. Dress for this course is informal. Students should also bring tennis shoes and “workout” type clothing for the self defense portion of the academy.
