In the Project Budget Section of the application form, you should provide enough detail to enable DEEWR to make accurate assessments of the funding that you are seeking. At a minimum the breakdown should identify the type and number of equipment and materials, whether it is leased or second hand, the nature of any upgrades or refurbishments; and/or the breakdown of costs of capital works, excluding project management costs. For capital works applications, you may wish to include information about planning already undertaken, building or design plans and feasibility studies. You should also provide information about the location of the proposed TTC, including who the owner of the site is, the actions that have been undertaken to determine the suitability of the site and the area that the proposed Trade Training Centre will occupy. If a third party owns the site, proposed arrangements to ensure the ongoing use of the site as a Trade Training Centre should also be included. For capital wo
