A.5: Clinical services are under the direction of Kenneth T. Schmidt, MFC license 9519 issued by the state of California Board of Behavioral Service Examiners (http://www.bbs.ca.gov). Our residential treatment facilities operate under the California Title 17 and/or 22 regulations and licensing (ccld@ca.gov and www.nbrc.net).
