What makes an inductive charger better than a conductive charger?
Inductive chargers have the advantage of no exposed metal, and therefore don’t need direct metal on metal contact like conductive chargers do. This allows inductive chargers to have a variety of surface materials such as plastic, wood and even leather. Inductive chargers are also easier to seal up and keep clean because the power and communication takes place over the magnetic field, and you don’t have to worry about dirty contact surfaces causing charging problems.
