What makes dance fitness different from any other aerobics class?
Dance Fitness classes are geared to promote aerobic activity within the body by utilizing body coordination and vigorous movement. However, dance fitness comes from a dance perspective with an aerobic twist. The winning factor here is that the dance out weighs the aerobic aspect. Yes, it is an aerobic activity, but first and foremost it is a dance class. We use dance music, dance patterns, and typical dances like latin, lindy hop, disco, hip hop, etc…to make the class fun and exciting.
