What makes MatchBoard candidates different?

0

Every MatchBoard candidate is always represented by a vendor company whose name the candidate carries when the candidate is shown to you by MatchBoard. Vendor companies have a reputation to protect and ensure that candidate availability is closely monitored and updated for their candidates. MatchBoard reports a reliable indicator to you that shows how likely an individual is still available for your position. Because this indicator is continuously updated by the candidates themselves or the vendor company (via the telephone or PC), you have an excellent indication about their availability. MatchBoard will be attractive to me only if it has a large number of candidates in it for me to choose from.
