What makes people appear Confident…?
“Even if you are not feeling confident on the inside, you need to appear confidence on the outside. Try believing in yourself first of all. This can improve confidence greatly as a positive outlook often changes the way you feel. If this is proving difficult, make sure that you have good posture and hold your head high. This makes you look comfortable and at ease in your surroundings. Make sure you smile. Not only does this make you look more confident, it releases endorphins that make you naturally feel better about yourself and will help you to relax. If you are nervous about talking to people, say very little. This will make you look thoughtful and is much better than stammering or getting out of depth in a conversation, or even worse; babbling!
