Handmade No machinery is used in any part of the truffle making process. Each truffle is created by hand. Authentic Shaped by hand to resemble the highly valued delicacy fungi (mushroom) truffle, from which the name truffle derives. Local Ingredients Our ingredients come from the freshest farms and ranches in California, the Central Coast to be exact. Our produce, herbs and fruits are purchased at Farmers Markets from certified organic farms. The tea company we use Zhena’s Gypsy teas are 100% organic and 100% Fair Trade. No Artificial Ingredients We never use preservatives, stabilizers, high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors or flavor enhancers. It we cannot buy it fresh and in season we do not use it.
