What Makes Sweat Problems Worse?
First, keep in mind what makes a person perspire so that you can see if any of these issues are causing you to have a sweating problem. For example, if you’re overweight then you’re likely to sweat more since body fat is a good insulator for body heat. If you wear clothes that are too tight, wear too many layers, or have clothes made from insulating materials such as wool, nylon, or polyester then you’re likely to sweat more than normal. High blood pressure, diabetes, a gland problem, a hormone imbalance, and health concerns such as these often cause a sweating problem as well. If you already know that you have high blood pressure or are going through menopause then you can probably chalk up your excessive perspiration to that condition.
