A. We normally ship shoes and boots discretely through UPS Ground (US), signature not required. If you would prefer a different method, please notify us when you place your order. Please note UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or APO/FPO Box. If you are in need of shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, please contact us first to determine shipping costs. This process adds an additional 5-7 days on you receiving your merchandise. All merchandise shipped through UPS is insured for free. Lingerie is shipped discreetly via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $50 are insured for free. Merchandise is usually shipped within 3 business days. If there is any delay, we will notify you ASAP. If any change of shipping address is made after the order has been processed, you will be responsible for any costs incurred. We cannot change the method (ie ground to 3 day) once the order has been processed / shipped.
