WHAT METRICS WILL BE USED TO REPORT ON SURVEY RESULTS?

0

A performance overview using a “traffic lights” system that shows at a glance the areas of excellent, good and poor performance. For each item and scale a “mean” will show the average score on the 1-5 scale used where 1 = Strongly Disagree and 5 = Strongly Agree. (changes ‘2’ to ‘5’) For each item and scale a “Percentage Favourable” score will show the percentage of staff who responded positively about a particular issue. Where external benchmark data is available a “percentile” rank will be used showing the percentage of organisations that Curtin is performing better than. Where there are 30 or more respondents a “graph” will be used showing the key drivers of management practices. The “gap analysis” will be used to highlight any gaps between how well Curtin is performing on an issue and how important that issue is to staff.
