Not restaurants, but Taco Trucks. They are all over California. Also known as Taco Wagons, Burrito Carts or something else with “taco” or “burrito” in the title as well as some sort of vehicle name. I’ve been eating from these trucks for 15 years or so and I’ve never gotten sick from them! So next time you see and truck on the side of the road selling burritos, try it out!
