What model condenser mic is best for recording dialogue?

It is the size of a condensor mic but is actually a finely crafted dynamic with cardiod pattern. This mic does not have the sudden bass boom that occurs when speaking closely and the timber of the speaker does not change off-axis allowing the freedom to move around in the control room without sounding like you just left the room and talking down a hallway. And it will sound consistant between recording sessions without having to spend an hour trying to get the mic to sound just the same as last time.
Practically any good condenser mic above $100 will work ok. It really depends on the environment that you are recording.
