First Hill, Capitol Hill, and the Central District are the closest neighborhoods to Seattle U…And I’d echo what Citygirl72 said…Some of those areas can be just fine, but some a little sketchier…It would also be a short bus ride to Leschi or Madrona, which are mostly pleasant areas.
