Actress Garcelle Beauvais, who accidentally leaked the news on the Wendy Williams show that Foxx has a new edition to his fam. Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon (née Garcelle Beauvais; November 26, 1966) is a Haitian-American actress and former fashion model. She is perhaps best known for her roles as Assistant District Attorney Valerie Heywood in the ABC drama NYPD Blue, and as hotel employee Francesca “Fancy” Monroe on the WB sitcom The Jamie Foxx Show. Beauvais was born in St. Marc, Haiti, to Maria Claire Beauvais, a nurse, and Axel Jean Pierre, a lawyer. Beauvais has six older siblings.
