What occurs during dry land training?
Included are fun and entertaining stickhandling circuits (guaranteed to soften the hardest hands); dry land training circuits include various speed/agility/quickness/ explosiveness training using all of today’s up-to-date technology to lengthen stride, increase quickness off the line, increase flexibility and, create a better, more versatile/powerful athlete. Also, games which incorporate team building/dynamic strategies, such as trust walk, mine field, positive reframing activities, European handball, steal the bacon, dodge ball, and, soccer, among others. At Kents Hill and BU only there are shooting stations to improve a player’s shot.
