What offenses are subject to Violent Offender Against Youth Registration?
• Any conviction or adjudication of any of the following statutes require registration: • Kidnapping (720 ILCS 5/10-1), if the victim is under age 18 and the offense was committed on or after January 1, 1996; • Aggravated Kidnapping (720 ILCS 5/10-2), if the victim is under age 18 and the offense was committed on or after January 1, 1996 ; • Unlawful Restraint (720 ILCS 5/10-3), if the victim is under age 18 and the offense was committed on or after January 1, 1996; • Aggravated Unlawful Restraint (720 ILCS 5/10-3.1), if the victim is under age 18 and the offense was committed on or after January 1, 1996; • Domestic Battery (720 ILCS 5/12-3.2), if the victim is under age 18 and the offense was committed on or after January 1, 1996 and the conviction is on or after July 26, 2010; • Aggravated Domestic Battery (720 ILCS 5/12-3.3), if the victim is under age 18 and the offense was committed on or after January 1, 1996 and the conviction is on or after July 26, 2010; • Aggravated Battery (
