Through ownership of your fractional unit at Surfside on Lake Superior,™ you have access to all onsite amenities during your stay, including: Tennis court, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, spa, and acres of accessible ledgerock shoreline. All recreation amenities will be part of phase two construction. We estimate completion of phase two prior to July 2009.
