What paperwork do I need to apply for a marriage or civil union license?
All marriage and civil union applicants will need the following: proof of residency, social security numbers, a witness 18 years of age or older who knows you both, and any annulment or divorce papers from previous relationships. All marriage and civil union licenses cost $28.00. There is a 72 hour waiting period before the marriage/civil union license is issued after the application is filled out.
