What paperwork do I submit to Schwab if my client signed the application before I submitted it through OAO to receive an account number?
If your client partially completed the application by hand or signed it before you received the account number from OAO, simply write the account number at the top of page 1 of the signed application. You do not need to print out a new application from OAO and interleave the signature pages of your existing account application before submitting to Schwab.
