We accept only Visa and MasterCard transactions only. Regarding Visa and MasterCard Debit Cards: The BioWare Store will accept most Visa and MasterCard Debit Cards that have been issued by a financial institution, but bear no special branding. Thusly, we cannot accept Mastercard Maestro debit cards which are a specific “brand” of debit card. However, due to changes in the way Visa processes their debit card transactions we are able to accept Visa Electron cards. If your debit card is declined, it is likely that we cannot accept it.
