What percentage of my donation goes to the wounded soldier and what amount goes to administrative costs?
We continuously strive to keep administrative and fundraising costs associated with the operation of the Wounded Warrior Project as low as possible. These expenses are estimate to be less than 20% of the donated funds. This is in line with the expenses of other charitable organizations. Your generous donation, which is tax-deductible in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code, will help us provide support to wounded veterans returning from the battlefield in the War on Terror.
