What performance measures are available?
TrueStandings Securities allows you to measure delinquency performance using either the MBA or OTS methods, track prepayment risk using CPRs and scheduled balances, and analyze defaults, severities, and losses as both percentages and dollar amounts. It provides you with active and original weighted averages on interest rates, FICO scores, LTVs, debt-to-income (DTI) ratios, and others. Since it maintains the entire history of securitized loans, you can also use TrueStandings Securities to perform market share analyses.
