What permissions do I have to set for DAWKCo POP3 users, groups, etc.?
You don’t normally need to worry about setting any permissions or rights manually–the POP3 Admin Utility takes care of those requirements automatically. The only possible exceptions occur when existing permissions, rights or policies in place at the time of POP3 Server install prevent the utility (which runs in the security context of the Administrators local group) from setting required permissions and rights, or the system state prohibits the settings or prevents them from taking effect (e.g., access to locked files denied, etc.).
