What philosophical content/facts does the film Casablanca have?
If you have read the book or seen the movie “A Tale of Two Cities” then you will notice that the story of Casablanca is much the same only instead of dying at the end of the flick Rick simply lets the other guy fly away with his girl as this is “A far far better thing” Rick did then than he had ever done before. In short you are looking for Rawles and the philosophy that “The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one or the few” or as you will find at the end of the movie the “don’t amount to a hill of beans” speech.
