Grantees must obtain written prior approval from the GMO for the following postaward changes: carryover requests; no-cost (time) extension requests; significant re-budgeting requests; change in effort; and change in Program Director/key personnel. Other prior approvals may be required by the Notice of Award. Therefore, the list may not be all inclusive. For details of the postaward changes and how to submit a request for prior approval through the GMS, refer to the Postaward Administrative Requirements in SAMHSA Grants Management website at http://www.samhsa.gov/grants/management.aspx.
