What power, cable, and other installation requirments are our responsibility?
Each DIGITAL-FAX ACD monitor requires a standard AC electrical outlet. We also require one I/O port for each CPU (not each display, just CPU), and if you get the information from the switch to our CPU, we do the rest. The DIGITAL-FAX displays can be mounted on either the walls or ceilings, but we do not do the actual installation. We do provide extensive installation diagrams as well as our phone numbers in order to make the installation of the DIGITAL-FAX system as easy as possible. Once the cable is run and the displays are mounted, we will provide training without any additional investment, because what good is a display board system if you don’t know how to operate it?
