The Work at Height Regulations 2005 governing work at height are based on the undertaking of a suitable and sufficient risk assessment in order to identify the hazards and the risks they pose. Having identified working at height and the risk of a fall, to select the control measures necessary to eliminate or reduce to as low as is reasonably practicable the risk of a person falling a distance liable to cause personal injury and prevent any objects falling from above on a person below and causing personal injury. This enables you to plan, organise and supervise the task following a safe system of work.
