There are two local associations, the Memphis Paralegal Association (MPA) and the Greater Memphis Paralegal Alliance (GMPA). These two local associations provide student memberships. There are also national paralegal associations. Two of these national associations are the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA).
