What professions are there going to be?
The available professions are being introduced right now. Announced professions can be found on the Profession page. The mesmer has also been mentioned in Ghosts of Ascalon and Edge of Destiny, however, it is still unclear whether the mesmer can be considered confirmed for Guild Wars 2 or if they have been mentioned for familiarity.
