What Protea varieties are in the Bouquets?
It is hard to say what varieties we will be shipping. Here’s the reason: most of our customers are professional floral designers. They order Protea because they are unique and for their long vase life. Most Protea varieties last between 14 and 21 days. Now, that is a vase life in your vase and not in our cooler. So, what we pick today is shipped the next day. We refrigerate the flowers overnight to get rid of the ‘field heat’, and then we ship. We ship seasonal Protea blooms only.
