Natural features integral to the site are protected from disturbance. Specific activities considered harmful to species and/or their habitats are prohibited and are listed in the Wildlife Area Regulations. Under the authority of a NWA permit, certain prohibited activities (e.g., grazing) are allowed, usually for the purpose of managing habitat.  more
