What qualifications, experience and training are required for appraisers within the firm?
All of our appraisers must be current Illinois State Licensed Appraisers who continually complete the continuing education requirements. We work with seasoned independent contractors that offer experience ranging from 2 – 17 years of experience. We also require additional training for recently licensed Associate Appraisers under the supervision of Raymond A. Boss Jr.
