What r some natural ways to induce my labor?
Disclaimer….you shouldn’t try to induce labor unless you’re under the supervision of your midwife. I had my 3rd son at home and I was several days past my due date. On my due date I began taking a supplement called Black Cohosh. I don’t know if it really induced it (I pretty much think my son was ready to come out; cohosh or not). Try to relax as much as possible. Sip chamomile tea while taking a warm bath. Enjoy these quiet times because once babies enter the scene all the quiet goes away.
