After creation of a Payment Reminder, you will receive an immediate confirmation to your designated e-mail address. The sender e-mail address will be customerservice@officialpayments.com and the subject will contain the words “Payment Reminder”. Some spam-filtering software may be configured to prevent the delivery of e-mails from certain addresses. To ensure receipt of your future Payment Reminder, any spam-filtering software should be configured to accept e-mails from this e-mail address.
