What recourse does the applicant have if the application is disapproved?
The applicant is afforded due process and may appeal a decision to disapprove the application with the FCC. First, you may wish to speak with the FCC informally. At your election, however, you may appeal a denial of a request to enroll in TSP in writing to the FCC at tspinfo@fcc.gov.
