What requirements apply for calves born on agistment property?
Calves born on an agistment property must have an NLIS breeder device (white tag) of the agistment property applied prior to their return to the home property. Tags can be purchased for the agistment property identification code (PIC) either through the agistment property owner or directly, by demonstrating your ownership and control of the cattle when ordering tags through the local stock inspector.
