In case of providing of additional incentives by GOU for a foreign investor besides the existing incentives (privileges and preferences) an investment agreement should be signed without a delay according to Uzbek legislation. An investment agreement is concluded between the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade (MFERIT) on behalf of GOU and foreign investor.
