What responsibilities do renters/residents have?
Renters and residents must adhere to all the rules and regulations just as the homeowners do. For example, renters may be cited for not complying with ACC Guidelines about the appearance of the unit. Homeowners may be brought to a hearing before the Board for violations of rules and polices by their renters; homeowners may be assessed fees and penalties for violations by their renters.
