What Scan to SharePoint options are available when Im working in Microsoft Outlook?
When you’re composing a new email message, or creating a meeting request or appointment, Kofax Desktop gives you the option of automatically attaching a PDF copy of the file after it is uploaded to SharePoint, or imbedding a link to it. The link option is particularly useful with files that are too large to send as an attachment via email. The email recipient simply clicks on the link and is taken to the location where the file is stored in SharePoint (this assumes the recipient has the required password/permission to access this SharePoint locaction).
