• A: As mentioned above, there is a staff of mentors and supervisors living in-residence at Jester Center. In addition, the Jester West Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. All Intensive participants and staff are required to wear nametags for easy identification. Each residence hall requires a security code (provided to participants and staff upon check-in) for entry. In addition, each dorm room is keyed.
