What separates “Freddy vs Jason” from the typical slasher movie?
Because it’s both of them. You think about some crazy movie – if they put Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction together and made a movie with all the characters together. How crazy would that be? So it’s like getting two huge legendary horror creatures and putting them in one movie and what are they going to do with it? Honestly, it’s insane. I would go see it even if I weren’t in the movie. I’m dead serious. I just saw a copy. I saw clips as they were editing it together. It’s awesome. What type of stunt work did you have to do? There was a lot of flames, a lot of blood work. I had to do one where I got thrown up against the wall, basically like one of my final stunts. I had to hold a gun and shoot and run around and knock down stuff. Just pretty simple stuff. No jumping off buildings, no setting myself on fire. Nothing like that. My hair’s still here (laughing). What do you think about a sequel? I think there’s a chance actually.
