What shall I do if the package arrives open or will be in suspiciously damaged condition?

If such a case occurs there are two options available. First is to open the package in front of the courier and check the content. If the goods are not damged and in the appropriate quantities then you can accept the parcel. If the goods are damaged or ther are some components missing then write down the protocol of delivery writing all the details what is damged or what parts are missing. If the courier will say is too busy to wait for you then please refuse to accept the parcel. Please note that by signing the delivery note you will not be able to claim any damages after that. There is also another option that we recommend is to refuse accepting the parcel. This option we recommend only if the parcel arrives open or the packaging is significantly damaged.  more
