What shampoo and conditioner works best for really damaged hair?

DOVE DAMAGE REPAIR shampoo and conditioner. Its inexpensive and works great. Also Pantene’s restoratives line is good too. I use the conditioner as a leave in. If you have the money, you should spring for some higher end stuff like Aveda shampoo and restructuring conditioner. Its excellent and does not have a lot of harsh chemicals. Also, NO, you should not wash your hair everyday. You strip it of its natural oils and that is what is used to lube your scalp to prevent dandruff. if you wash that away, your scalp is more likely to dry out and that’s when the flakes will start to appear. You should wash once, maybe twice a week. But use a good clarifying shampoo once a month to get rid of buildup on your hair root from styling products such as gel, hairspray etc…. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Garnier Fructis has worked WONDERS on my hair. My hair has been through everything: bleach, heat, Even their shampoo makes my hair soft! Grab any product that says for dry or damaged hair. They also have a great deep conditioning treatment, and several leave-in conditioners.
