A Diagnostic Pain Assessment conducted by a skilled Medical Soft Tissue Therapist that consists of tests for Soft Tissue Palpation, Muscular Strength, Muscular Weakness, AROM-Active Range of Motion, PROM-Passive Range of Motion, and RROM-Resisted Range of Motion should be conducted prior to treatment for Myofascial Pain and Trigger Points.
