What should be on the menu at a Super Bowl party?
I think, without doubt, you have to have chili! Matter of fact, as long as I can remember, whatever Super Bowl party I’ve attended has involved a chili cook-off. I’ve even arranged one for this year, with the judging being popular choice and the votes being money, which will be donated to charity. Besides chili: Various dips in slow cookers: queso, artichoke/spinach Someone *always* brings spinach dip in a bread bowl. Veggies and ranch dip Fruit and caramel dip Wings: Buffalo, Parmesan, teriyaki Various munchies: chips, nachos, crackers Cheese logs This is the casual, rowdy party. I’ve also been invited to a very upscale party where the combined money involved probably could have bought at least one of the teams, or the stadium.
