What should I do if my code is not recognised online?
Please check you are typing your code correctly. Codes can only be used once and so they will not be recognised if entered a second time. If after re-typing your code carefully a couple of times and it still does not work, please call 0845 603 8576 (9am-6pm Mon-Fri) or email service@hmv.co.uk, including details of your code, the email address your account is registered at and any associated order numbers.
