Please check your card for the expiration date. If there is no expiration date, the card expires on November 30, 2008. If your card is still active, and the pharmacy is having difficulty processing your card, the pharmacy should follow the steps found on the back of your card. The pharmacy can also call 1-800-561-8503 for processing questions. For specific rebate questions, please call 1-888-558-ACID (1-888-558-2243).
