What should I expect at Boulder City BootCamp?
Everyday is a different challenge. Here are some of the things we do: weight/strength training with weights, logs, bands, medicine balls, cardio drills, hill work, tire pulls and challenges, core conditioning including abdominal/lower back , calisthenics, stability training, agility training, obstacle courses and much more. Every class will be fun, challenging and different, but NEVER boring!
