What should I expext in the typical Redo of a basic pool?

A basic 100′ perimetr pool with no spa built 30+ years ago. It would have white coping and 6x6sky blue tile with white plaster. 1st Picture shows discolored whiteplaster ,original tile/coping from the 60’s.2nd picture shows pool after Coping and Tile have been removed and replaced with Pacific Clay Used 9″ Bullnose and 8″ Brick split . The Plaster has been sand blasted and then covered with Multicoat scratch coat. Pool is ready for new plaster. 3rd picture shows finished pool with water. Deck-O-Seal applied between Brick and deck for expansion and seal. Total time from start to finish was 6 days.
